    Furman University director of athletics Mike Buddie today announced a new annual fundraising record for Paladin athletics scholarships, totaling $1.366 million for the 2017-18 fiscal year.
  • Furman's Purvis Qualifies For U.S. Amateur

    Furman’s Scott Purvis has qualified for the 118th United States Amateur Championship, to be held Aug. 13-19 at Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill Golf Course in Pebble Beach, Calif.  Purvis, who recently competed his sophomore season on the Paladin team, shot a second-round 69 and was the runner-up with a 1-under two-round total of 141 at the Oklahoma Golf Association qualifier earlier this week to qualify for the event.
