GREENVILLE, S.C. --Coming off an 88-83 triple overtime upset loss to Western Carolina on Wednesday, Furman will take the court again on Saturday when it welcomes Wofford to Timmons Arena and Court for a 2:00 p.m. clash.

The Paladins (6-11, 2-6 SoCon), who have dropped three straight, have never lost to Wofford in Greenville, sporting a perfect 20-0 record against the Terriers at home — part of a 33-6 overall series mark.  Last year Furman claimed a 75-66 decision over the Terriers in Timmons Arena and added a 72-53 late-season triumph in Spartanburg.

The Paladins are led in scoring by senior guard Teshia Griswold (13.7 ppg) and sophomore forward Brittany Hodges (9.3 ppg), who poured in a season high 21 points against Western Carolina in just 25 minutes of action prior to fouling out.  Freshman forward Holli Wilkins also fashioned a good game against the Catamounts with a 15-point performance.

To halt its current slide, Furman will have to tighten the clamps defensively as the Paladins have seen their last three foes combine to shoot 51.2 percent from the field and average 84.7 ppg.

Wofford (6-10, 1-7 SoCon) comes to Greenville fresh off its first league win — a 56-55 home verdict over College of Charleston, on Wednesday that halted a seven-game losing streak.  The Terriers, who knocked off Alabama, 58-52, in early December, are paced by senior guard Morgan Wrightson (12.3 ppg) and boast a solid inside performer in senior forward Daniella Motley (11.5 ppg), who leads the SoCon in rebounding (10.3 rpg).  Wofford's starting five should also feature freshman guard Jordan Frazier (4.8 ppg), a former teammate of Paladin freshman Holli Wilkins at ultra-successful Wesleyan School in Atlanta, Ga.

The Furman-Wofford game will be streamed and broadcast online by StretchAudio through Furman All-Access at, with Bryant Lambert on the call.  Live stats will be provided through and in-game twitter updates via
