GREENVILLE, S.C.. -- Furman junior Chris Knight earned an automatic bid Saturday to the 2025 NCAA Cross Country Championship, which will be held Nov. 22 at the Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia, Mo. 

A native of Signal Mountain, Tenn., Knight finished 20th at Friday's NCAA Southeast Region Championship to earn all-region honors and lead the Paladin men.  He posted a time of 30:10.0, knocking 21 seconds off his previous 10K PR.
