COLUMBIA, Mo. -- Furman's Chris Knight finished 156th Saturday at the 2025 NCAA Cross Country Championships at the Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia, Mo. 

A junior from Signal Mountain, Tenn, Knight posted a personal-best 10K time of 30:00.1, knocking 10 seconds off his previous PR of 30:10.0, which he recorded at last week's NCAA Southeast Region Championship.  

Knight finished 20th at the region meet to earn all-region honors and qualify for the national meet.  In the past two meets, he has taken 31 seconds off his previous 10K PR, which he notched at last year's NCAA Championships.
