BOSTON, MASS. -- Furman's Chris Knight and Evan Guzman posted 3,000m personal bests Saturday at Boston University's Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invitational at the Boston University Track in Boston, Mass.
Knight, a sophomore from Signal Mountain, Tenn., crossed the line in 8:05.90 to finish ninth among collegiate runners and 23rd overall, while Guzman, a graduate student from Franklin, Tenn., recorded a time of 8:07.12 to take 10th collegiately and 26th overall.
The Paladins will compete at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston, Mass., and at the Tiger Paw Invitational in Clemson, S.C., next Friday and Saturday.
