GREENVILLE, S.C. – Furman's Audrey Ryu has been named the Southern Conference Women's Golfer of the Week for all competitions held Jan. 28 – Feb. 3, the league office announced Wednesday. 

Ryu, the 2025 SoCon Championship medalist, posted a five-under-par 211, tying for eighth in the 101-player field at the Puerto Rico Classic hosted by Purdue, which wrapped play on Monday.  She finished just five strokes behind the three co-medalists in the event.  

A native of Dublin, Ohio, her performance included a team-high four birdies in round one and again in round two.  Ryu also tied for sixth in both par 4 and par 5 scoring during the tournament.   

The Paladins will travel to Jacksonville, Fla., on Feb. 23–24 for the Momentum Transportation UNF Collegiate.
