NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- Sophomore Ava Hanneman (+11) tied for 23rd to pace Furman (+51) Sunday to conclude Notre Dame's Fighting Irish Classic at the par 71, 6,062 yard Warren Golf Course in Notre Dame, Ind.

A native of Orono, Minn., Hanneman scored a 78 with birdies on No. 9 and No. 16 in the tournament's final day.  Sophomore Olivia Hasselbach (+12) finished just one stroke behind Hanneman in a tie for 25th after also posting a 78 in round three.  Hasselbach notched a team-high three birdies on Sunday, with back to back birdies on No. 16 and No. 17.  

Freshman Rebecca Lee (+14) led Furman with a 75 in the final round to tie for 33rd, and senior Audrey Ryu (+17) tied for 44th after adding a final-round 79 with a birdie on No. 7.  Junior Eva Ringwald (+21) recorded birdies on No. 1 and No. 9 to tie for 55th with an 81 on Sunday. 

Samantha Brown (-4) of Purdue won individual medalist honors at 4-under par.

Purdue (-1) won the tournament by 22 strokes over second-place Louisville (+21).  Wisconsin (+28) placed third, while North Florida (+30) and host Notre Dame (+30) tied for fourth.  The Paladins (+51) tied for ninth.  

Furman will compete at the Haskins Women's Intercollegiate in Columbus, Ga., on Oct. 12-13.
