Freshman Year (2018-19): Earned SoCon All-Freshman team honors in the shot put during indoor season…finished eighth at the Eye Opener cross country meet…posted a personal-best time of 5:19.17 to take fifth place in the mile at the JDL Early Bird Indoor Duals…placed third in the 3,000m (10:08.44) at the Bulldog Indoor Invitational…recorded a mark of 5.10 (16-8.75) to finish 17th in the shot put at the SoCon Indoor Championships…named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

Was the state cross country runner up as a freshman and junior...placed 19th at Nike Cross Nationals (NXN) her junior season...an all-state selection for cross country as a senior...helped her Ravenwood team to consecutive state cross country titles in 2016 & 2017...finished third in the 3,200m at the Eastern Relays...won the 1,600m at the Great 8 Invitational...graduated in the top 10 percent of her class...honored as the AP Environmental Science Student of the Year as a junior and the AP Biology Student of the Year as a senior...her parents, Karen and Marc Sleenhoff, competed on the cross country and track team at UC San Diego.
