Junior Year (2022-23):  Recorded a personal-best time of 3:11.72 in the 1,000m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Indoor Invitational…finished 11^th in the 800m (2:26.23) at the SoCon Indoor Championships…placed ninth in the 1,500m (4:50.99) at the Weems Baskin Relays…finished ninth in the 800m (2:17.32) at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Sophomore Year (2021-22):  Finished 11th with a 5K personal-best time of 18:06.2 at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…posted a 6K PR of 22:56.7 at the FSU Cross Country Open…placed second in the 3,000m (10:15.92) at the Clemson Opener and in the mile (4:57.58) at the Gamecock Opener…finished ninth in the mile and 15th in the 800m at the SoCon Indoor Championship…turned in a time of 4:47.74 for second in the 1,500m at the Weems Baskin Relays…placed tenth in the 800m (2:21.70) at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Freshman Year (2020-21): Finished 18th with a time of 18:57.0 at the 2020 SoCon Cross Country Championships, earning a spot on the SoCon All-Freshman Team and helping the Paladins to their eight-straight SoCon title...won the mile at the Samford Indoor Invitational….competed on the Paladin DMR team that won the SoCon indoor title with a time of 11:44.17...honored as a member of the SoCon All-Freshman team after placing second with a time of 5:02.15 in the mile at the SoCon Indoor Championship...placed eighth in the 1,500m at the SoCon outdoor meet to be named to the SoCon All-Freshman Team...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll...honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
