Junior Year (2022-23):  Finished 20^th in the mile (5:20.67) at the Carolina Indoor Challenge…competed in the 3,000m at the Bob Pollock indoor meet and in the mile and 3,000m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Indoor Invitational…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Sophomore Year (2021-22):  Recorded a personal-best 5K time of 18:33.4 to finish 14th at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…notched a 6K PR of 23:51.0 at the FSU Cross Country Open…placed fifth with a time of 10:35.77 in the 3,000m at the Clemson Opener…finished tenth in the 5,000m (17:54.81) and 13th in the 3,000m (10:31.45) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…posted a 1,500m PR of 4:45.53 at the UofSC Open…finished fourth with a time of 38:30.29 in the 10,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Freshman Year (2020-21):  Competed on the Paladin cross country team that won its eighth-straight SoCon title, placing 31st with a time of 19:37.0...posted career-best indoor times in the mile (5:09.95) and 3,000m (10:11.25) at the Music City Challenge...placed seventh in the mile (5:13.73) and eighth in the 3,000m (10:25.34) at the SoCon Indoor Championships to earn a spot on the SoCon All-Freshman Team...recorded a career-best time of 17:16.96 in the 5,000m at the EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight meet...finished fifth in the 10,000m (37:22.21) and seventh in the 5,000m (17:48.86) at the league outdoor meet...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.
