Sophomore Year (2019-2020):Â Named to the SoCon All-Freshman team at the Southern Conference Cross Country Championships after placing 23rd with a time of 26:52.9...ran a career best 8K time of of 24:55.4 at the Royals Cross Country Challenge, finishing 32nd...posted a personal best time of 8;18.35 in the 3,000m at the Samford Bulldog Invite, notching a runner-up finish...ran a career-best 4:14.65 in the mile at the Carolina Challenge to take seventh place...placed 14th (9:01.37) in the 3,000m at the SoCon Indoor Track Championships...opened the indoor season with an 11th-place finish in the 3,000m (8:22.29) at the Vanderbilt Invitational.
Freshman Year (2018-19): Returned from an injury to compete during outdoor season…claimed a spot on the SoCon All-Freshman team in the 1,5000m outdoors…placed eighth in the 1,500m at the USC Outdoor Open…finished 13
