2013 -- Saw action in 37 games and starts in 19 contests -- all at designated hitter...hit .237 with one home run and 14 RBI...homered in a 2-for-3, 3-RBI performance in a 5-1 win over Cincinnati at Fluor Field...went 2-for-5 with a double and three RBI in a 10-6 series clinching win at Elon...had a pinch-hit single against Coastal Carolina (11-6 win) and went 2-for-3 in series opening, 3-1 victory over Appalachian State...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll. 2012 — Enjoyed a solid freshman season, seeing action in 26 games and registering 11 starts at designated hitter...hit .346 and recorded a .404 on base percentage...also saw noteworthy duty as a pinch hitter, going 6-for-14 (.428) with four RBI..delivered a pinch-hit RBI single in his first collegiate at bat against Presbyterian (7-5 win)...had a pinch-hit, two-run single against UNC Asheville...stroked a three-run double against Presbyterian (16-4 win)...took over the designated hitter’s role in mid-May, earning six starts and batting .333 (8-for-24) with five RBI during the stretch...doubled in a 2-for-5, 2-RBI performance in an 8-6, 12-inning victory over The Citadel in Charleston...went 2-for-4 and belted a two-run home run in Furman’s series opening, 12-1 victory over Davidson that clinched a SoCon Tournament berth for the Paladins...was sidelined for SoCon Tournament play due to illness....named to the SoCon Spring All-Academic Team and SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

High School: 2011 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Carolina Forest High School (4-A), where he played first base and saw action as the team’s primary closer...coach was Jack Jolly...underwent Tommy John surgery and missed his entire senior season after suffering a broken wrist his junior year...only sophomore selected to the Myrtle Beach Sun News Toast of The Coast Baseball Team...led his 4-A region in home runs while driving in 23 runs...played summer travel ball for the South Carolina Diamond Devils coached by Colin Liggett...invited to attend the DP Palmetto games twice and selected three times to the Diamond Prospects All Academic Team...invited to attend the Under Armor All-America Tournament in Arizona...Furman Junior Scholar and a Palmetto Fellows recipient...recipient of CFHS’s Panther Award as the outstanding senior, the first baseball player to be accorded the honor in over 15 years.
