2019 — Served as a reserve catcher, seeing action in 11 games and making five starts...hit .250 and drove in five runs...drew eight walks in 29 plate appearances...recorded the unique distinction of hitting what would have been a pinch-hit grand slam against Wake Forest in Charlotte in his first career at bat before being ruled out after passing teammate Sterling Turmon on the base path between first and second base...was credited with a three-run single...earned his first start against Ohio State (11-10, 10-inning win), registering a double and two walks against the Buckeyes...went 1-for-3 in a start against South Carolina in Greenville (12-7 loss).
High School: 2018 graduate of St. Joseph’s Preparatory School...played catcher...coach was Anthony Valucci...helped lead his program to a Philadelphia Catholic League runner-up finish in 2017, his junior year...ranked by Perfect Game as the No. 6 catcher in New Jersey and 55th best player overall in the state...played travel ball with MSI Bubba and PG Navy Select.
