Henrik Atlevi Career Records
Junior Year (2019-20): Atlevi tallied a 7-6 overall singles record and 5-3 overall doubles doubles mark, including a 2-0 doubles record versus SoCon opponents. He scored a 6-1, 6-1 win at flight six versus Winthrop and moved to flight two against North Greenville, where he picked up a 6-2, 6-2 victory. Atlevi scored a key three-set win at Charlotte and went on to record a 6-2, 6-3 victory at flight five versus Richmond before defeating College of Charleston and Pacific before the season was cut short. In doubles, he teamed with Clarke Wilson for a 6-2 win at flight two at UNCG to open the SoCon season then beat Richmond, 6-2, with Drew Singerman. Atlevi and James Roelofse scored a 6-2 victory over The Citadel in the team’s final SoCon contest.
Sophomore Year (2018-19): Atlevi joined the Paladin team as a sophomore, tallying a 6-6 overall singles record and 2-1 mark in SoCon play. He played in the bottom half of the lineup and won five out of six matches, including four straight, in February, beginning with a 6-2, 6-3 win at Belmont and concluding with a 6-0, 6-4 victory over Appalachian State. Atlevi scored a 6-4, 6-4 advantage in Furman’s SoCon opener at The Citadel and defeated UNCG, 6-2, 6-2, at March 16. He teamed with Drew Singerman at flight three doubles. The Paladin duo notched an 11-3 overall record and 4-2 SoCon mark. Atlevi and Singerman, who won six-straight matches from Feb. 9 through March 20, clinched the doubles point in Furman’s 4-0 victory over Mercer in the SoCon semifinals and won a crucial doubles match over ETSU in the SoCon Championship.
Freshman Year (2017-18): Atlevi competed for UC Santa Barbara, where he posted a 4-4 singles record. He notched wins over Cal Poly, UCLA, and San Francisco.
Prep/Personal: Henrik Atlevi was born in Malmo, Sweden, to parents Michael Atlevi and Lena Rahnberg Atlevi. He held an ITF junior high rank of 240, a national junior rank of 3, and a Sectional junior rank of 1. Atlevi on multiple Gold Medals with the Swedish Team in 2016 in both indoors and outdoors and also competed in soccer. He is studying information technology.
