Senior Year (2022-23):  Named to the NCAA All-Southeast Region team after placing 15^th with a personal-best 6K time of 20:37.8 at the regional cross country championship…chosen the SoCon Most Outstanding Performer for indoor track after winning both the 3,000m (9:26.48) and the 5,000m (PR of 16:23.42)…competed at NCAA Outdoor East Preliminaries in the 1,500m, where she placed 45^th with a time of 4:29.62…finished as runner-up at the SoCon Cross Country Championship, recording a PR of 16:44.8 to earn a spot on the All-SoCon first team and help lead the Paladins to their tenth-straight league title…won the Eye Opener XC Festival with a time of 17:49.7 and placed third (16:58.6) at the Furman Invitational and fifth (16:52.0) at the Louisville Classic…won the mile with a PR of 4:43.12 at the Carolina Challenge…won the 1,500m with a personal-best time of 4:19.18 at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…also took silver in the 5,000m at the league outdoor meet…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team and the CSC Academic All-District Team.

Junior Year (2021-22):  Placed fourth with a time of 18:25.8 at the SoCon Cross Country Championship, earning a position on the All-SoCon first team…finished as runner up at the Upstate Cross Country Invitational…recorded a 6K PR of 20:57.6 to finish 27th at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championships…finished fifth in the 1,500m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships with a personal-best time of 4:28.72…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Sophomore Year (2020-21):  Finished as runner up at the SoCon Cross Country Championships, posting a time of 17:34.0...honored as a member of the All-SoCon first team after helping the Paladins to their eight-straight SoCon title...earned the 2020 SoCon Pinnacle Award, which is given to the athlete with the highest GPA on the championship-winning team...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll...honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Freshman Year (2019-20):  Made her SoCon Championship debut by running the 800m leg and helping the distance medley relay to a league title...garnered SoCon All-Freshman honors in the 800m with a seventh place finish...ran a career best of 2:13.79 to secure a spot in the final of the event...member of the Paladin distance medley relay team (800m leg) which set a program record distance medley relay at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational...recorded a career best 5:01.33 in the mile at the Samford Bulldog Invite for a runner-up finish...ran a 5K career best of 18:09.3 at the Royals Cross Country Challenge, placing 24th...posted a 6K career best (21:42.0) at the Bill Dellinger Invitational to finish 101st...recorded a top-ten finish of 18:29.8 at the Eye Opener Cross Country Festival, taking eighth place.
