Freshman Year (2019-2020):   Earned second team All-Southern Conference honors after placing ninth with a time of 25:40.6 at the conference cross country championships, earning a spot on the SoCon All-Freshman team...helped the Paladins advance to the national championships after finishing 82nd (31:54.7) at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championships...placed 158th at the NCAA Championships, helping Furman to a 14th-place team finish...earned SoCon All-Freshman honors at the league indoor championships in the 5,000m and 3,000m after placing fourth and sixth, respectively...posted a personal best in the 3,000m at the Samford Bulldog Invite of 8:20.81, taking fourth place...set a career best 5,000m time of 14:35.51 to finish as runner-up at the Carolina Challenge...opened the indoor season with a 20th-place finish in the 3,000m (8:33.48) at the Vanderbilt Invitational...ran an 8K career-best time of 24:25 to finish 12th at the Royals Cross Country Challenge...opened the cross country season with a 12th-place 5K finish (15:35.5) at the Charlotte Cross Country Opener...placed ninth with a time of 26:15.5 at the Eye Opener Cross Country Festival.
