Senior Year (2023-24):  Finished fifth at the Furman XC Invite and sixth at the Eye Opener XC Festival…placed third in the 5,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Junior Year (2022-23):  Honored as an All-American after placing 27^th with a time of 20:04.0 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships…named to the NCAA All-Southeast Region team after leading the Paladins with a fifth-place 6K finish (20:11.11) at the region championships…
chosen the SoCon Runner of the Year…led the Paladins to their tenth-straight SoCon Cross Country title with a 5K PR of 16:22.23 to win the individual title…won the Furman Invitational and placed second in the Louisville Classic during cross country season…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Sophomore Year (2021-22):  Earned an All-America citation after placing 40th with a 6K PR of 19:57.6 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships…named the SoCon Cross Country Runner of the Year after winning the individual title with a time of 17:41.4…went on to place fifth at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championships to qualify for the NCAA Championships…won the individual title at the Furman Cross Country Invitational to open the season…posted a mile PR of 4:48.69 to finish second at the South Carolina Invitational…PRed with a 3,000m time of 9:25.00 at the prestigious Camel City Invitational…a member of the Paladin DMR team that won gold with a time of 11:31.65 at the SoCon Indoor Championships…finished second in the mile (4:52.68) and fourth in the 5,000m (16:55.07) at the SoCon Indoor Championships…won the 5,000m and finished fourth in the 1,500m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…claimed the title in the 5,000m with a time of 16:10.76 at the Lee University last Chance Meet to qualify for the NCAA East Preliminaries, where she finished 24th with a time of 16:18.37…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team...honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Freshman Year (2020-21):  Qualified for the 2020 NCAA Division I Outdoor East Preliminaries in the 5,000m, where she placed 14th with a time of 16:10.35, slightly missing the cut to advance to the finals…won the 5,000m with a time of 15:57.92 at the EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight meet, becoming  just the fifth woman in Furman history and the first Paladin freshman to break the 16:00 mark…competed at the 2020 NCAA Cross Country Championships...named to the All-SoCon team and the SoCon All-Freshman Team after placing second in the 3,000m (9:32.85) and the 5,000m (16:32.34) at the league indoor championships...won the 5,000m title (17:04.60) and finished second in the 1,500m (4:26.79) at the SoCon Outdoor Championships to earn a spot on the All-SoCon team and the SoCon All-Freshman Team...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll...honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
