Junior Year (2025-26):  Set a new Paladin record with a time of 2:21.91 in the 1,000m at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational…posted a sub 4:00 mile at the Bob Pollock Invite, where he placed third with a time of 3:9.55…won the 3,000m with a personal-best time of 8:08.88 and finished second in the mile (4:05.46) at the SoCon indoor meet…recorded PRs in both the 800m (1:50.57) and the 1,500m (3:41.69) at the Duke Outdoor Invitational…placed second in the 1,500m (3:45.11) at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Year (2024-25):  Finished fifth with a time of 25:05.5 at the Eye Opener XC meet…won the 3,000m with a personal-best time of 8:09.47 at the Clemson Indoor Opener.

Freshman Year (2023-24):  Competed for the Paladins at the 2023 SoCon Cross Country Championship, where Furman claimed its 11^th-straight league title…finished 16^th at the league cross country meet…posted an 8K PR of 25:16.7 at the Eye Opener XC Festival…recorded a personal-best 3,000m time of 8:22.91 to finish fifth at the Carolina Indoor Challenge…finished third in the mile with a PR of 4:13.48 at the SoCon Indoor Championship, where he was named to the SoCon All-Freshman team for his performance in the event…posted an 800m PR of 1:58.81 to finish tenth in the 800m at the Bob Davidson Team Challenge…placed tenth with a personal-best 1,500m time of 3:46.13 at the Wake Forest Outdoor Invitational.
