Junior Year (2024-25):  Competed in three cross country meets for the Paladins…posted a PR of 21:46.5 to take 12th place at the Furman Cross Country invitational…finished 20th with a 5K personal-best time of 17:48.9 at the Royals Challenge…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Year (2023-24):  Recorded a Furman record with a time of 2:46.90 to take eighth in the 1,000m at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Indoor Invitational…placed third in the 800m (2:09.02) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…competed on the Paladin DMR team that won the SoCon title with a time of 11:31.07…finished third in the 800m at the SoCon outdoor meet to earn a spot on the SoCon All-Freshman team…recorded a 1,500m PR of 4:22.67 at the Wake Forest Outdoor Invitational…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team

Freshman Year (2022-23):  Named to the SoCon All-Freshman team for cross country and indoor track (mile)…competed on the Paladin DMR team that set a program record with a time of 11:25.60 to win gold at the SoCon Indoor Championships…finished third with a 5K PR of 18:05.9 at the Upstate Cross Country Invitational…placed 19^th (18:08.4) at the SoCon Cross Country Championship…posted a personal-best time of 2:09.23 in the 800m, taking third place at the Carolina Indoor Challenge…won the mile with a PR of 4:43.09 at the Camel City Invitational…finished fourth in the mile (4:55.39) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

High School Accolades:  Ranked eighth in the nation in the mile in 2021, ranked fourth all-time in the mile in New Jersey, only girl in New Jersey to ever go sub 4:45 in the mile and sub 2:08 in the 800m.
