Junior Year (2024-25):  Honored as the SoCon Cross Country Runner of the Year and named to the All-SoCon first team after winning the league’s individual title with a 5K PR of 16:09.7, leading the Paladins to their 12th-straight SoCon Championship…awarded an all-region honor after placing 14th at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country meet with a 6K time of 20:54.0…won SoCon Championships in the 3,000m (PR – 9:22.99) and 5,000m (SoCon meet record - 16:17.80) at the league indoor meet…set a new Paladin record with a time of 33:20.08 in the 10,000m to open the outdoor season at the Raleigh Relays…qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in both the 5,000m and 10,000m…finished 30th with a time of 34:24.75 in the 10,000m and 40th at 16:20.67 in the 5,000m at the NCAA East Preliminaries…posted a personal-best 5,000m time of 15:54.45 at the Wake Forest outdoor meet…placed second in the 5,000m (16:40.43) at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…set a new 6K PR of 19:56.7 to finish 22nd at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals XC meet…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team and the CSC Academic All-District Team.
Sophomore Year (2023-24):  Finished 16th at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country meet, earning an all-region citation and helping Furman to a second-place finish and an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships…finished second at the SoCon Cross Country Championship with a 5K PR of 16:45.8 to earn a spot on the All-SoCon first team as Furman won its 11th-straight league title…posted a 6K PR of 20:00.7 at the Sean Earl Loyola Lakefront Invitational, where she finished sixth…finished second in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:49.99 at the Electric City Outdoor Invitational…won the 5,000m with a time of 16:10.20, a personal best, at the Lee Last Chance Meet…claimed silver in the 1,500m with a PR of 4:30.24 at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team and the CSC Academic All-District Team.
Freshman Year (2022-23):  Chosen the SoCon Freshman of the Year for cross country after placing eighth with a time of 17:26.5 and earning a spot on the All-SoCon second team…named to the SoCon All-Freshman team for cross country, indoor track (3,000m & 5,000m), and outdoor track (1,500m & 5,000m)…finished sixth with a 5K PR of 17:03.7 at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…finished sixth in the 5,000m (17:04.22) and seventh in the 3,000m (PR of 9:46.28) at the SoCon Indoor Championships…posted a personal-best time of 16:34.66 to finish eighth in the 5,000m at the Duke Outdoor Invitational…finished fifth in the 5,000m (17:31.60) and sixth in the 1,5000m (PR of 4:32.10) at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.
