Junior Year (2023-24):  Competed for the Paladins at the 2023 SoCon Cross Country Championship, where Furman claimed its 11th-straight league title…posted a 6K PR of 19:58.3 at the Furman Cross Country Invite…finished fourth in the 3,000m (8:31.70) and fifth in the 5,000m (PR – 14:51.65) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…turned in a personal-best time of 9:22.03 to finish as runner-up in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the SoCon outdoor meet…placed sixth with a time of 15:41.17 at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Sophomore Year (2022-23):  Turned in a 22nd-place finish (27.12.7) at the Eye Opener XC Festival 8K…finished fourth with a 3,000m personal best of 8:42.24 at the Clemson Indoor Opener…placed 14th in both the mile (PR of 4:24.97) and the 3,000m (8:55.50) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…posted a personal-best time of 9:38.93 to take seventh place in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Freshman Year (2021-22):  Recorded a 5K PR of 15:50.2 at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…also notched an 8K personal-best of 25:30.1 at the Royals Cross Country Challenge…placed sixth in the 3,000m with a PR of 8:45.45 at the Gamecock Opener…turned in a PR of 15:03.69 in the 5,000m at the South Carolina Invitational, finishing eighth…earned a SoCon All-Freshman citation after placing 14th with a personal-best time of 4:27.62 in the mile at the league indoor meet…PRed with a time of 4:13.15 in the 1,500m at the Weems Baskin Relays…finished seventh in the 3,000m Steeplechase (10:02.69) at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, also earning a spot on the SoCon All-Freshman team for outdoors…posted a personal-best 9:57.71 in the Steeple at the UofSC Open…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.
