Jeffrey See is in his first season as an assistant coach withthe Furman track and field/cross country program.

See, a six-time All-American at Ohio State from 2005-2010, was afour-time Big Ten Champion for the Buckeyes.  Professionally,he has continued his growth under Gary, winning his first U.S.title in the mile at the 2010 USATF Indoor Championships.  His1500m time of 3:35.21, recorded earlier this year, is the fifthfastest American time in the event in 2012, ranking high enough forthe Olympic A-standard.  He finished ninth at thisyear’s Olympic trials and has been ranked in the top 30 inthe world.

A native of Middletown, Ohio, See earned a degree in marketingfrom Ohio State in 2010.  He was honored as a four-timeAcademic All-Big Ten selection and five-time Ohio State scholarathlete.  He will continue his professional career as a memberof Furman Elite running club.
