Junior Year (2022-23):  Named to the All-SoCon first team for cross country after placing third with a time of 17:04.1 to help lead Furman to its 10th-straight league title…finished second with a time of 17:52.7 at the Eye Opener XC Festival…posted a PR of 9:28.43 to take second place in the 3,000m at the Carolina Indoor Challenge…placed ninth in the 5,000m (17:30.60) and tenth in the 3,000m (10:09.92) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…won the 3,000m at the Weems Baskin Relays…took silver with a PR of 35:56.81 in the 10,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the CSC Academic All-District Team.
Sophomore Year (2021-22): Placed third with a 5K personal-best time of 16:52.3 at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…won the individual title at the Upstate Cross Country Invitational…finished as runner-up at the SoCon Cross Country Championship, earning a spot on the All-SoCon first team…placed 34th with a 6K PR of 21:10.6 at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championships…posted a PR in the mile (5:07.46) to finish fifth at the Gamecock Opener…finished third in both the 3,000m (9:45.80) and 5,000m (PR-16:47.81) at the SoCon Indoor Championships…won the 10,000m with a PR of 36:16.17 and finished second in the 5,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.
Freshman Year (2020-21): Honored as a member of the All-SoCon first team and the SoCon All-Freshman Team after placing sixth with a time of 18:17.0 at the league cross country championships and helping the Paladins to their eight-straight SoCon title...finished second (9:56.32) in the 3,000m at the Samford Indoor Invitational...placed sixth in the 3,000m (10:04.55) and ninth in the 5,000m (17:28.92) at the SoCon Indoor Championships….competed at the 2020 NCAA Cross Country Championships...finished second in the 10,000m (36:34.37) and third in the 5,000m (17:21.87) at the league outdoor championships to claim a spot on both the All-SoCon team and the SoCon All-Freshman Team...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll...honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
