Senior Year (2019-2020):Â Earned fourth-consecutive All-Southeast Region honors with a 16th place finish (20:37.5) at the NCAA Southeast Cross Country Championships...finished 89th at the NCAA Championships to help the Paladins to a ninth-place team finish...posted a fifth place finish (18:01.8) at the SoCon Cross Country Championships, earning All-SoCon first team honors...placed 33rd at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (20:40.0) and 54th at the Nuttycombe Invitational (20:48.5)...a member of the distance medley relay team that set a program record at Vanderbilt Invitational...also finishing as runner-up in the mile (4:51.70) at the event...competed on the winning distance medley relay team at SoCon indoor meet...also finished as runner-up in the 5,000m (16:57.09) and fourth in the mile (4:58.63) at the league meet...earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors for cross country.Â
Junior Year (2018-19):  Named to the all-region team after placing eleventh with a 6K personal best of 20:17.8 at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships…claimed a spot on the All-SoCon first team with a third-place finish at the SoCon Cross Country Championships…also earned All-SoCon accolades in the 3,000m and 5,000m during indoor season and in the 5,000m and 10,000m outdoors…competed on the Furman 4x800m relay team that set a program record with a time of 8:50.80 at the Tennessee Relays…finished third at the Eye Opener cross country meet…turned in a 16th place finish with a time of 17:14.1 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Cross Country Invitational…placed 51st at the NCAA Cross Country Championships…finished third in the 5,000m at the JDL Early Bird Indoor Duals…recorded a personal-best time of 15:57.23 in the 5,000m at the Iowa State Indoor Classic, good for eighth place…placed third in the 3,000m (9:29.40) and second in the 5,000m (16:36.44) at the SoCon Indoor Championships…won the 1,500m (4:28.77) at the USC Outdoor Open…notched a personal-best time of 36:48.09 to take second place in the 10,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…also finished third in the 5,000m at the league outdoor meet…named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…a member of the USTFCCA All-Academic Team for cross country and track and field.
Sophomore Year (2017-18): Won the 3,000m Steeplechase with a time of 10:06.35, a Furman record at the time, at the Raleigh Relays to qualify for the NCAA East Preliminaries, where she placed 23rd with a time of 10:18.97…named to the All-Southeast Region team for cross country after turning in a 19th-place finish at 20:58.9…competed at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, where she placed 126th with a time of 20:56.44…earned a spot on the All-SoCon second team after finishing eighth with a time of 17:18.3 at the league cross country championships…won the league title in the 3,000m (9:54.74) and finished second in the 5,000m (16:30.43) at the SoCon Indoor Championships…won the 3,000m Steeplechase title with a time of 10:25.23 and finished third in the 5,000m (17:33.26) at the league outdoor meet…placed eighth with a personal-best time of 4:24.27 in the 1,500m at the Oregon Twilight outdoor meet…finished second in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:47.52 at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational…named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll and to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team for cross country and track and field.
Freshman Year (2016-17): Set a new Paladin outdoor record with a time of 9:44.41 in the 3,000m at the Tiger Outdoor Track Classic…named to the SoCon All-Freshman team for cross country, indoor track (mile and 3,000m) and outdoor track (3,000m Steeplechase and 5,000m)…finished third with a time of 16:55.4 at the SoCon Cross Country Championships, claiming a spot on the All-SoCon first team…also placed third with a time of 17:57.5 at the Eye Opener Cross Country Invitational…named to the All-Southeast Region team after finishing 20th with a time of 21:03.4 at the region cross country meet…placed tenth in the mile (4:57.58) at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational… finished third in the 3,000m (9:38.86) and fifth in the mile (4:57.62) at the SoCon Indoor Championships…advanced through to the finals in the mile with the second-fastest qualifying time at 5:04.78…finished second in the 3,000m Steeplechase with a time of 9:44.41 at the Tiger Outdoor Track Classic…placed second in the 5,000m (17:02.92) and fourth in the 3,000m Steeplechase (10:47.28) at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.
