Junior Year (2019-2020):  Won the 800m at the 2020 Southern Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships with an indoor personal best of 2:07.68...a member of the Paladin distance medley relay team that won the title at the SoCon indoor meet...ran on the distance medley relay school team that set a program record at the Vanderbilt Invitational…garnered second team All-SoCon honors with a ninth place finish at the league cross country championships…competed at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championships, finishing 57th and at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, where she placed 249th...finished ninth at the Royals Challenge (17:38.5)...placed sixth at the Eye Opener Cross Country Festival (18:17.0)...won the 800m at the Carolina Challenge with a time of 2:11.81...took seventh in the event at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational, posting a time of 2:10.76...won the mile at the Samford Bulldog Indoor Invite with a time of 4:57.75...won the Southern Conference Pinnacle Award for cross country, given to the participant with the highest GPA on the championship-winning team.

Sophomore Year (2018-19):  Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 800m, where she established a new program record with a time of 2:05.85 in the opening round and went on to finish 22^nd in the event…named to the Southern Conference All-Freshman team and the All-SoCon second team for cross country after placing tenth with a time of 18:18.2…a member of the Paladin DMR team that set a new program record at the SoCon Indoor Championships, winning the title with a time of 11:39.35 and earning All-SoCon accolades…competed on the Furman 4x800m relay team that set a program record with a time of 8:50.80 at the Tennessee Relays…finished ninth at the Eye Opener cross country meet…posted a personal-best 5K time of 17:34.3 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational, where she finished 33^rd…placed 44^th with a personal-best 6K time of 21:07.1 at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championships…won the 800m with a time of 2:09.80 at the JDK Indoor DMR Invitational…recorded a personal-best time of 5:05.46 in the mile prelims at the SoCon Indoor Championships…went on to finish eighth in the 800m and 11^th in the mile at the league indoor meet…finished third with a time of 2:06.91 in the 800m at the Cardinal Outdoor Classic to qualify for the NCAA prelims…placed fourth in the 800m and 12^th in the 1,500m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…notched a personal-best time of 4:27.47 in the 1,500m at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier meet during the outdoor season…named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team for track and field…a member of the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Freshman Year (2017-18): A member of the Paladin distance medley relay team that set a new school record of 11:52.94 at the SoCon Indoor Championships…ran on the Paladin 4x400m relay team that established a new Furman indoor record of 3:54.56 at the Samford Invitational…also set a school record in the 800m outdoors, notching a time of 2:08.96 in the preliminaries of the USATF Junior Championships…finished sixth in the 800m finals at the USATF Junior Championships…honored as a member of the SoCon All-Freshman team after placing second in the 800m with a time of 2:11.07 at the league indoor meet…also earned a SoCon All-Freshman team nod during outdoor season after winning the league title in the 800m with a time of 2:12.31…placed fourth with a time of 2:09.91 in the 800m at the Oregon Twilight outdoor meet…won the 800m at the UCS Indoor Invitational and at the Catamount Outdoor Classic…named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.
