2024 All-SoCon First Team (Cross Country)
 
Fifth Year (2024-25):  Named to the All-SoCon first team after finishing fourth at the league cross country meet, helping the Paladins to their 12th-straight SoCon title…finished second at the Eye Opener XC meet and third at the Furman XC Invitational, where he posted a 6K PR of 17:54.7…recorded an 8K PR of 24:18.2 at the Wisconsin Pre-nationals cross country meet…competed at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, where he crossed the line with a 10K personal-best time of 30:36.9 to lead the Paladins to a 17th-place finish…won the 5,000m title with a time of 14:35.30 and finished second in the 3,000m at 8:22.66 at the SoCon Indoor Championship…recorded a personal best of 8:07.12 in the 3,000m at the Bruce Lehane Scarlett and White Invitational…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll…honored as a member of the CSC Academic All-District Team.

2022 Track and Field: (ETSU) Competed in four indoor meets and six outdoor meets for the Buccanneers ... Finished the season with three individual top-three performances ... Began his indoor season at the ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan.14-15) with a second-place finish in the Mile (4:11.79) ... Was also a member of the 4x800m relay team who placed first with a time of 7:45.59 ... Continued his season with another second-place finish in the Mile at the 2022 Buccaneer Indoor Track and Field Invitational (Feb. 3-5), improving his season best to 4:08.82 ... Had a strong showing at the Southern Conference Indoor Championships (Feb.26-27), including three scoring performances ... Posted a personal best of 4:07.73 in the Mile, which earned him a fourth-place finish ... Was also a part of two scoring relay teams, the Distance Medley Relay team that placed 1^st (9:51.15), and the 4x400m relay team that earned a 6^th place finish (3:24.54).

Began his outdoor season at the Charlotte 49er Classic (Mar. 17-19) as a part of the first-place 4x800m relay team that finished with a time of 7:56.72 ... Continued the meet with strong individual performances finishing fourth in the 1500m (3:49.85) and sixth in the 800m (1:53.45) ... The following week he competed at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 24-26) where he posted a personal best of 3:48.33 in the 1500m ... Continued his strong campaign with a first-place finish in the 1500m at The Tennessee Relays (Apr. 7-9) with a time of 3:51.74 ... Was also a part of the 4x800 team that posted a time of 7:27.06 and a second-place finish ... Scored in three events for the Buccaneers at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships (Apr. 30- May 1) ... Placed fith in the 1500m (3:48.66), seventh in the 800m (152.73), and was also a member of the fourth-place 4x400m relay team (3:19.16).

2021 Cross Country (ETSU): Earned SoCon Commissioner's Medal ... Named to the SoCon All-Academic Team ... Member of the SoCon Honor Roll ... Earned Second Team All-SoCon honors and named to SoCon All-Freshman. Team ... Ran in three meets for the Blue and Gold ... Led the Bucs at the SoCon Championship where he placed ninth in 25:52.5 ... Posted a fifth-place finish in his collegiate debut at the Golden Eagle Invitational where he set a personal best time of 25:43 ... Placed 57th at NCAA South Regional (31:25.5).

2021 Track & Field (ETSU): Competed in 10 meets as a freshman...debuted with a fifth place finish in the 800m, a third place finish in the mile and a second place finish in the 4x400m relay at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 23)...set a personal best in the mile at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 12-13) with a time of 4:13.17...scored in two events at the SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-28), taking seventh in the mile with a time of 4:13.63 and a third place finish in the distance medley relay...set a personal mark in the 1500m at the Tennessee Relays (April 8-10) with a time of 3:53.08...grabbed his first collegiate win in the 800m at the Catamount Classic (April 16-17) with a 1:53.81 finish...scored three times at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), grabbing seventh in the 800m, sixth in the 1500m and third in the 4x400m relay...placed 18th at the Lee University Last Chance Invite (May 15) with a personal best time of 1:52.83 in the 800m...both an Indoor and Outdoor SoCon All-Freshman Team selection…named to the SoCon Honor Roll and was awarded the Commissioner’s Medal.
