Junior Year (2014-15): Recorded a tenth place finish at the Gene Mullin Cross Country Championships after posting a time of 15:49.22…placed 20^th in the 3,000m (8:44.17) at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational…turned in a time of 4:27.48 in the 1,500m at the Terrier Relays during the outdoor season.

Sophomore Year (2013-14):  Posted a career-best cross country 8K time of 25:35.6 at the Furman Invitational…finished ninth with a time of 8:58.54 in the 3,000m at the Emory Crossplex Invitational to open the indoor season…tallied a career-best 8:51.45 in the 3,000m at the High Point Team Challenge…finished 18^th with a time of 15:42.03 in the 5,000m at the SoCon Indoor Championships…recorded a career-best time of 15:28.58 to claim eighth place in the 5,000m at the Blue Shoes Invitational.

Freshman Year (2012-13): Finished eighth with a time of 16:37.0 at the Mountaineer Cross Country Open…placed seventh with a season-best time of 9:00.3 in the 3,000m at the Emory Crossplex Invitational…took 22^nd place after recording a time of 9:05.8 in the 3,000m at the league indoor meet…clinched eighth place with a time of 4:08.53 in the 1,500m at the Blue Shoes Outdoor Invitational…finished tenth in his section in the 5,000m at the Duke Invitational to open the outdoor season, clocking a time of 15:32.99.

High School:  Helped his Mountain Brook team to four-consecutive 6A State cross country championships…finished third in the 3,200m at the state outdoor meet his senior season…a member of the 4x800m relay team that won the state outdoor championship as a senior…competed on the 4x800m relay team that finished third at the state outdoor meet his junior year…a teammate of current Paladins Jack Morgan, Mitchell Lloyd, and Wilkerson Given at Mountain Brook.
