Sophomore Year (2009-10): Placed among top 20 in five cross country events, with 8K season-best time of 26:51...finished 10th at Furman Invitational with a time of 27:34...placed 41st at SoCon XC Championships after recording a time of 26:59...improved 10K personal best to 34:04 at NCAA Southeast XC Regionals...posted a 5,000m personal best of 15:51.69 at the Tiger Paw Indoor Invitational...placed seventh with a personal best of 9:10.71 in the 3,000m indoors at the Tiger Tune Up...recorded a personal-best time of 15:59.82 in the 5,000m at the Alabama Outdoor Relays...placed fourth in the 10,0000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championship with a new personal record of 31:48.01...named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.
