Junior Year (2024-25):  Earned the SoCon's Knight Commission Pinnacle Award as the Furman student-athlete with the highest GPA after helping the Paladins to their 12th-straight SoCon Cross Country title…finished third with a 5K PR of 16:22.7 at the league cross country meet, earning a spot on the All-SoCon first team…placed 15th at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championship, claiming all-region honors… placed third at the Furman Invitational XC meet…won the 5,000m at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational…finished second in both the 3,000m (9:48.66) and the 5,000m (16:43.06) at the league indoor meet…placed fourth with a 1,500m PR of 4:36.16 at the Charlotte 49er Classic to open the outdoor season…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team and the CSC Academic All-District Team.
Sophomore Year (2023-24):  Placed 21st with a 6K PR of 20:20.4 at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country meet, earning an all-region citation and helping Furman to a second-place finish and an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships…finished sixth at the SoCon Cross Country Championship to earn a spot on the All-SoCon first team as Furman won its 11th-straight league title……named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team and the CSC Academic All-District Team.
Freshman Year (2022-23):  Honored as the SoCon Freshman of the Year for indoor track…named to the SoCon All-Freshman team for indoor track (3,000m & 5,000m)…posted a 5K personal best of 16:53.2 to finish second at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…won the 3,000m at the Carolina Challenge then posted a PR of 9:18.86 to take third in the event at the Bob Pollock indoor meet…finished 16th in the 5,000m at the Husky Classic with a personal best time of 16:11.14…placed second in the 5,000m (16:36.47) and fourth in the 3,000m (9:36.97) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…finished second with a PR of 34:31.44 in the 10,000m at the Wake Forest Invitational…named to the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

High School Accolades:Â Â Ran the second-fastest 5,000m on the track in Pennsylvania prep history, Two-time Nike Cross Nationals Qualifier, 2018 Pennsylvania State Champion, 3rd place at 2021 Eastbay Cross Country Nationals.
Personal: Father Patrick Mulhern (1990-1994), uncle Dan Mulhern (1998-2002), and uncle John Mulhern (2001-2005)  played football at the University of Delaware... uncle Issac Jones played football at Purdue from 1994-1998 and played for the Indianapolis Colts from 1999-2000.
