Junior Year (2023-24):  Led the Paladins with a 13^th-place finish (20:08.0) at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country meet, earning an all-region citation and helping Furman to a second-place finish and an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships…finished fourth at the SoCon Cross Country Championship to earn a spot on the All-SoCon first team as Furman won its 11^th-straight league title…posted top-10 finishes at the Eye Opener XC Festival (3^rd), the Furman XC Invite (4^th), and the Sean Earl Loyola Lakefront Invitational, where she finished seventh with a 6K personal best of 20:02.2…placed sixth in the mile indoors at the Camel City Invitational……named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team and the CSC Academic All-District Team.

Sophomore Year (2022-23):  Competed on the Paladin DMR team that set a program record with a time of 11:25.60 to win gold at the SoCon Indoor Championships…posted personal bests in the 800m (2:08.94) and the mile (4:45.42) at the Bob Pollock indoor meet…won the 3,000m with a PR of 9:43.56 the Clemson Opener indoors…placed second in the mile (4:47.28) at the SoCon indoor meet…recorded a 1,500m personal best (4:40.56) at the Wake Forest Outdoor Invitational…won the SoCon outdoor title in the 5,000m (17:09.54) with a PR…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the CSC Academic All-District Team.
 
Freshman Year (2021-22):  Named the SoCon Cross Country Freshman of the Year after finishing fifth with a time of 18:29.3 at the league cross country championship…placed second with a personal-best 5K time of 16:50.5 at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…took 14th with a 6K PR of 21:18.8 at the FSU Cross Country Open…won the 1500m (4:44.41) at the Weems Baskin Relays…posted a personal-best of 4:35.75 to finish fifth in the 1,500m at the UofSC Outdoor Open…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.
