Sophomore Year (2009-10): Placed ninth at the Eye Opener Invitational with an 8K personal-best time of 26:17...finished among top ten in five of seven competitions with top finish of second place at Winthrop, where he posted a 6K personal-best time of 18:41...placed 90th at NCAA Southeast Regionals with a personal best of 32:45 for 10K...finished 24th at SoCon XC Championships with 8K time of 26:19...won the mile run at the indoor Tiger Tuneup with a personal best of 4:12.43...took fifth place in the 3,000m at the SoCon Indoor Championship with a personal best time of 8:28.18...named SoCon Student Athlete for the month of February...ran personal best with a time of 1:54.54 in the 800m outdoors at the Alabama Relays...named SoCon Runner of the Week after setting new school record for one mile with time of 4:04.40 to place seventh in the Blue Shoes Elite Mile at Furman Invitational...recorded a personal-best time of 3:47.81 in the 1500m at the Georgia Tech Invitational...qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the 1500m, where he placed 35th with a time of 3:52.23...placed 8th in the 1500m at the SoCon Outdoor Championship with a time of 3:57.37 ...ran personal best of 1:51.33 in the 800m at Clemson’s Purple & Orange Invitational...selected to the 2010 CoSIDA/ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District 3 Men’s Track/Cross Country Team...honored as a member of the Division I All-Academic Track & Field Team...named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

Freshman Year (2008-09): Posted season-best 8K time of 26:38 at the Eye Opener Invitational...recorded 10K time of 33:58.50 in first appearance at NCAA Regional championship...earned All-SoCon first team honors after placing second in 800m at SoCon Championships with time of 1:56.05 and was a member of Furman’s Distance Medley Relay team that placed third...won the 1500m at the Furman Outdoor Invitational with a season-best time of 3:58.16...placed fifth at SoCon Outdoor Championships in 800m with a time of 1:55.97...named to the SoCon All-Freshman team for the 800m indoors and outdoors...named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

High School: Led his St. Paul’s team to three straight cross country 5A state championships and three straight track & field 5A state championships...was the Alabama 5A cross country champion with a personal best time of 15:49 in the 5K as a senior...runner up as a junior...named the Mobile Optimist Club’s Cross Country Runner of the Year in 2005, 2006 and 2007...finished first in the 800, 1600, and 3200 at the state meet as a junior and senior...finished first in the 800m at the 2008 state track & field meet with a time of 1:55.08...finished first in the 3200m at the 2008 state meet with a time of 9:41...finished first in the 1600m in 2008 with a time of 4:21...holds a personal best time of 4:17 in the 1600m...holds the school record in the 800m with a time of 1:55.08...earned all-state honors in cross country for four years...named the Mobile Press Register Runner of the Year in 2007 and 2008...earned the A.S.
