Junior Year (2024-25):  Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 10,000m, where he finished 37th with a time of 30:15.06…named to the All-SoCon second team for cross country after placing eighth with a time of 25:04.3, helping the Paladins to their 12th-straight SoCon title…finished seventh with a 6K PR of 18:05.1 at the Furman XC Invitational…placed third with an 8K personal best of 24:03.8 at the Royals Challenge…competed at the NCAA Cross Country Championship, where he recorded a 10K PR of 31:15.3 to lead the Paladins to a 17th-place finish…finished second in the mile (4:09.31) and eighth (14:54.08) in the 5,000m at the SoCon Indoor Championship…posted a 5K PR of 14:03.66 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational…recorded a 10,000m personal-best time of 28:53.36 at the Raleigh Relays to qualify for NCAAs…finished third in the 5,000m (14:25.78) at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…placed ninth with a time of 29:17.46 in the 10,000m at the Wake Forest outdoor meet…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Sophomore Year (2023-24):  Finished eighth at the SoCon Cross Country Championship with an 8K PR of 24:59.2 to earn a spot on the All-SoCon second team as Furman won its 11^th-straight league title…finished fourth in the mile at the USC Indoor Open…took second place in both the 3,000m (PR – 8:15.05) and the 5,000m (14:18.74) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…placed seventh in the 1,500m at the Bob Davidson Team Challenge…finished third in the 10,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Freshman Year (2022-23):  Named to the SoCon All-Freshman team for indoor track (3,000m) and outdoor track (5,000m & 10,000m)…finished seventh in the mile with a PR of 4:19.64 at the Carolina Indoor Challenge…placed seventh in the 3,000m (8:37.58) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…recorded a PR of 8:33.20 to take second place in the 3,000m at the Weems Baskin Relays…finished ninth in the 5,000m (15:30.81) and 11^th in the 10,000m (PR of 32:52.14) at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

High School Personal Bests: 800m - 1:55, 1,600m - 4:16, 3,200m - 9:07, 5,000m - 15:17

High School Accolades: 2021 Virginia indoor state champion in the 3,200m, 2021 Virginia state runner-up in cross country, four-time qualifier for Nike Indoor and Outdoor Nationals.
