Senior Year (2019-2020):  Ran the 800m leg on the winning distance medley relay at the Southern Conference Indoor Track Championships...ran a qualifying time of 1:57.09 to secure a spot in the 800m final at the league indoor meet, where he finished seventh...posted a season best in the 800m (1:56.46) at the Samford Bulldog Invite...opened the season with an 18th place finish in the 800m at the Carolina Challenge, posting a time of 1:57.69...ran an 8K season best of 25:46.5 at the Royals XC Challenge, placing 89th...opened the season with a 31st place finish at the Charlotte Cross Country Opener with a time of 16:51.6.

Junior Year (2018-19):  Earned All-SoCon recognition in the DMR during indoor season…placed ninth at the Eye Opener cross country meet…posted an 8K personal-best time of 25:30.0 at the Royals Challenge…finished fourth in the 3,000m at the Clemson Indoor Opener…a member of the Paladin DMR team that finished second at the league indoor meet…finished ninth in the 800m at the USC Outdoor Open and at the Terrier Relays.

Sophomore Year (2017-18):  A member of the Paladin distance medley relay team that took second place with a time of 10:11.02 at the SoCon Indoor Championships…notched personal best times in the Gene Mullin Invitational 5K (16:29.0) and the Eye Opener 8K (27:11.2)…placed seventh in the 800m at the USC Open (1:56.57) and the Catamount Classic (1:57.40).

Freshman Year (2016-17):  Finished ninth with a time of 1:53.63 in the 800m at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational…advanced through to the finals in the 800m at the SoCon Indoor Championships with a time of 1:55.41, where he finished eighth with a time of 1:59.34…a member of the Paladin DMR team that took the title with a time of 10:05.42 at the league indoor meet…finished sixth in the 800m with a time of 1:55.61 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, after posting a time of 1:56.05 to take seventh in the trials, to land a spot on the SoCon All-Freshman team…placed 15^th with a time of 2:00.12 in the 800m at the USC Outdoor Open.
