Freshman Year (2011-12):  Claimed a spoton the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team after placing20^th with a time of 4:25.86 in the 1,500m at the leagueoutdoor meet…finished 19^th with a time of 2:08.23in the 800m at the ETSU indoor meet…posted a season-besttime of 4:21.34 in the 1,500m at the Duke OutdoorInvitational…placed 11^th with a time of 4:24.42in the 1,5000m at the Furman Outdoor Invitational.

High School:  Earned all-state honorsafter placing 13^th at the state cross country meet hissenior season and 15^th his junior season…ateammate of current Paladins Jack Morgan and Jack Miller atMountain Brook…helped his prep team to state cross countrychampionships three-consecutive seasons…a member of the NikeIndoor Nationals All-American 4xMile team as asophomore…also competed in the 400m and 800m.
