Junior Year (2021-22):  Posted a 5K personal-best of 15:14.3 at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…PRed with a time of 25:15.7 on the Royals Cross Country Challenge 8K course…finished 23rd at the Upstate Cross Country Invitational…placed fourth with a PR of 8:46.12 in the 3,000m at the Clemson Opener…finished third in the 800m at the Gamecock Opener…posted a mile PR of 4:11.92 to finish seventh in the event at the South Carolina Invitational…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Sophomore Year (2020-21):  Finished third in the 800m (1:57.46) at the Samford Invitational…posted a personal-best time of 1:53.25 in the 800m at the Music City Challenge…a member of the Paladin DMR team that took first place with a time of 10:08.90 at the SoCon Indoor Championships…recorded a personal-best time of 3:51.35 in the 1,500m at the EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight meet…finished sixth in the 800m (1:53.76) at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, earning a spot on the SoCon All-Freshman team…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll. 

Freshman Year (2019-20):  Ran the 400m leg on the winning distance medley relay at the SoCon Indoor Track Championships...secured SoCon All-Freshman honors in the 800m with a eighth place finish (1:58.78)...ran a career best in the 800m (1:56.32) at the Vanderbilt Invitational...placed 17th in the 800m at the Carolina Challenge with a time of 1:57.62...opened the indoor season with a victory in the 1,000m (2:41.03) at the Clemson Opener...ran a 5K personal best of 16:53.3 at the Charlotte Cross Country Opener, placing 32nd...set an 8K career best of 27:19 at the Queen City Invite, finishing 77th.
