Fifth Year (2023-24):  Finished eighth at the SoCon Cross Country Championship to earn a spot on the All-SoCon second team as Furman won its 11^th-straight league title…recorded a 6K PR of 20:34.5 at the Sean Earl Loyala Lakefront Invitational…placed second in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:47.92 at the USC Indoor Open…finished 15^th with a PR of 10:30.16 in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the Wake Forest Outdoor Invitational…went on to win the SoCon title in the Steeplechase with a time of 10:40.45…also won the event with a time of 10:35.96 at the Lee Last Chance meet…named to the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Senior Year (2022-23):  Finished ninth in the 3,000m (9:59.05) and tenth in the 5,000m (17:35.02) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…placed fourth in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Junior Year (2021-22):  Placed fifth with a 5K PR of 17:07.7 at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…posted a 5K PR of 21:42.3 at the FSU Cross Country Open…finished seventh at the SoCon Cross Country Championship to earn a spot on the All-SoCon first team…recorded two PRs at the South Carolina Invitational:  800m (2:14.15) and mile (4:51.57), where she finished third in both events…a member of the Paladin DMR team that won gold with a time of 11:31.65 at the SoCon Indoor Championship…notched a PR in the 1,500m (4:33.50) at the Tennessee Relays…won the 3,000m Steeplechase title with a time of 10:55.84 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Sophomore Year (2020-21):  Finished 12th with a time of 18:47.0 at the SoCon Cross Country Championships to be named to the All-SoCon second team and help the Paladins to their eight-straight SoCon title...placed third in the mile (5:04.01) at the Samford Indoor Invitational...competed on the Paladin DMR team that won the SoCon title with a time of 11:44.17 at the league indoor championships...also placed third in the mile (5:03.69) at the meet to earn All-SoCon accolades...competed at the 2020 NCAA Cross Country Championships...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

Freshman Year (2019-20):  Earned SoCon All-Freshman honors in the mile (seventh) and 3,000m (ninth) during indoor season...recorded a seventh place finish in the 3,000m at the Carolina Challenge, clocking a time of 10:23.49...ran 5:08.47 to finish 25th in the mile at the Vanderbilt Invitational...secured ninth place in the mile at the Samford Bulldog Invite (5:10.35)...ran a 5k season best at the Royals Cross Country Challenge, clocking 18:38.6 for 52nd place...kicked off the cross country season with a tenth place finish at the Eye Opener Cross Country Festival (18:40.0).
