Junior Year (2011-12):  Posted aseason-best mark of 44-8.25 to place sixth in the shot put at theSoCon Indoor Championships…placed 12^th with amark of 43-1.75 in the shot put at the Dick Taylor IndoorInvitational…established a new personal record with a throwof 150-9 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, taking sixthplace…also bested his personal record in the shot put at themeet, placing ninth with a mark of 44-2.75…won the shot put(44-0.50) and the discus (147-8) at the Furman OutdoorInvitational…placed second in the discus competition with athrow of 145-9 at the Terrier Outdoor Relays…named to theSouthern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Year (2010-11): Recorded apersonal-best throw of 46-1.15 for 18^th place in theshot put at the ETSU indoor meet…placed ninth in the shotput (43-6.8) at the SoCon Indoor Championships…finishedfourth in the discus after notching a throw of 144-07 at the SoConOutdoor Championship…finished third in the event with athrow of 140-9 at the Terrier Outdoor Relays…placed secondin the discus (139-1.25) at the Furman OutdoorInvitational…took tenth place with a throw of 43-0.25 in theshot put at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…placed second inthe event at the Furman Outdoor Invitational and third at theTerrier Outdoor Relays, recording throws of 42-00 at bothmeets…named to the Southern Conference Academic HonorRoll.

Freshman Year (2009-10): Posted aperonal-best indoor throw of 43-2.1 in the shot put to place ninthat the SoCon Indoor Championships...placed fifth with apersonal-best mark of 42-00 in the shot put at the Emory OutdoorInvitational...won the shot put at the Furman Outdoor Invitationalwith a mark of 39-8.34 and won the discus with a mark of131-9...recorded a season best mark of 134-5 to place sixth in thediscus at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships...earned aspot SoCon All-Freshman team outdoors for both shot put and discusand indoors for shot put.

High School: Helped his track andfield teams to indoor and outdoor state championships his senioryear...placed fourth in the discus at the state championships witha personal best throw of 138-5....recorded a personal best of 46-5in the shot put...also played offensive line on St.Christopher’s football team.
