Senior Year (2024-25):  Finished fifth with a 5K PR of 16:45.4 at the SoCon Cross Country Championships, earning a spot on the All-SoCon first team and helping the Paladins to their 12th-straight league championship…also finished fifth at the Furman Cross Country Invitational with a 6K time of 21:04.8…won the 3,000m (9:08.71) at the USC Indoor Invite…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Junior Year (2023-24):  Competed in the 5,000m at the NCAA East Preliminaries, where she finished 18^th…tallied a 17^th-place finish (PR – 20:17.6) at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country meet, earning an all-region citation and helping Furman to a second-place finish and an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships…finished seventh at the SoCon Cross Country Championship with a 5K PR of 17:07.3 to earn a spot on the All-SoCon first team as Furman won its 11^th-straight league title…finished fifth at the Eye Opener XC Festival and seventh at the Furman XC Invite…won the mile at the Carolina Indoor Challenge and the USC Indoor Open…claimed SoCon championships in the 5,000m and the DMR at the SoCon indoor meet…recorded a personal-best time of 16:03.89 in the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays to qualify for the NCAA East Preliminaries…won the 5,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Sophomore Year (2022-23):  Earned an All-SoCon first team citation after finishing fourth with a 5K personal-best time of 17:08.5 at the league cross country championships…placed fifth at the Eye Opener XC Festival to open cross country season…finished fourth with a PR of 9:22.64 in the 3,000m at the Bob Pollock indoor meet…posted a PR of 16:22.47 in the 5,000m at the Husky Indoor Classic…finished fifth in the 5,000m (17:02.87) and eighth in the 3,000m (9:50.13) at the SoCon Indoor Championships…recorded a personal-best of 4:30.76 to take fifth place in the 1,500m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, where she placed fourth in the 5,000m (17:30.06)…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Freshman Year (2021-22):  Finished eighth with a 5K PR of 17:32.6 at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…turned in a 6K personal best of 22:40.5 at the FSU Cross Country Open…PRed in the mile (5:01.56) at the Gamecock Open…won the 3,000m with a time of 9:45.92 at the South Carolina Invitational…finished fourth in the 3,000m and fifth in the 5,000m at the SoCon Indoor Championships…took ninth place in the 10,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.
