Junior Year (2019-2020:  Earned second team All-Southern Conference honors with an 11th-place finish (25:59.4) at the league cross country championships...helped the Paladins earn a trip to the 2019 NCAA Cross Country Championships with an 81st place at the NCAA Southeast Region meet...finished 210th with a time of 33:25.4 at the cross country national championship meet...posted an 8K career best time of 25:01.9 at the Nuttycombe Invitational...opened the cross country season with a 15th place finish (15:38.2) at the Charlotte Cross Country Opener...secured 85th place at the Bill Dellinger Invite after notching a time of 25:05...competed in the 3,000m at the Samford Bulldog Invite, posting a time of 8:50.66 for 17th place.

Sophomore Year (2018-19):  Earned a spot on the All-Southern Conference second team for cross country after finishing eighth with a time of 25:38.9 at the league championship meet…placed seventh at the Eye Opener cross country meet…posted a personal-best 10K time of 31:45.0 at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championships…finished fourth in the 5,000m at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational…recorded a personal-best time of 4:21.61 in the mile to finish seven at the Bulldog Indoor Invitational…placed fifth in the 5,000m at the league indoor meet…notched a personal-best time of 30:43.60 in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays to open the outdoor season…named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Freshman Year (2017-18):  Named to the SoCon All-Freshman team for the 3,000m and 5,000m indoors…finished eighth with a time of 14:58.12 in the 5,000m at the SoCon indoor meet…placed sixth with a time of 25:40.1 at the Eye Opener cross country meet… won the 3,000m with a time of 8:40.87 at the UNCG Early Bird Duals indoors…claimed first place in the 3,000m with a time of 8:33.15 at the Samford Indoor Invite…posted a career-best time of 14:38.28 in the 5,000m at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational, placing third…named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

One of the top recruits in Florida...placed third at the Florida State Cross Country Championships and eighth at the NXN National Southeast Regional Championships in 2016... took home runner-up honors in the 3,200m at the 2017 Florida FHSAA State Track and Field Championships.
