Junior Year (2012-13):  Posted acareer-best time of 51.79 in the 400m at the Tiger Paw IndoorInvitational…finished 17^th with a time of 52.31in the 400m at the SoCon Indoor Championships…ran onFurman’s 4x400m relay team that finished 18^th witha time of 3:27.9 at the Tiger Paw Indoor Invitational and thePaladin team that placed seventh with a time of 3:29.13 in theevent at the league indoor meet…placed 22^nd witha time of 52.46 in the 400m at the High Point VertKlasse OutdoorMeet…competed on the Paladin 4x100m relay team that placedsixth with a time of 43.81 at the same meet.

Sophomore Year (2011-12):  Placed14^th with a time of 52.12 in the 400m at the Dick TaylorIndoor Invitational…a member of the Paladin DMR team thattook third place with a time of 10:22.84 at the samemeet…posted a personal-record time of 22.95 to place15^th in the 200m at the SoCon OutdoorChampionships…won the 400m at the Furman OutdoorInvitational, recording a time of 49.67, and placed second in the200m with a time of 23.42 at the meet…finished11^th in the 400m at the league outdoor meet afternotching a time of 50.10.

Freshman Year (2010-11):  Competed inoutdoor track for the Paladins…a member of the winningdistance medley relay team (10:11.38) at the TerrierRelays…also a member of the Paladin 4x400m relay team thatplaced first with a time of 3:23.75 at the EmoryInvitational…posted a season-best time of 49.91 in the 400mto take 15^th place at the Clemson TigerQualifier…placed ninth in the finals of the 400m with a timeof 50.20 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…finished thirdin the 400m (50.50) at the Furman Invitational…competed inthe 200m at the Duke Twilight Meet, taking 24^th placewith a time of 23.25.

High School: Earned All-Region5-4A honors for cross country and in the 400m and 4x400m relay as ajunior and senior...was the runner-up at the state championshipmeet in the 400m as a junior...a member of the 4x400m relay teamthat placed second in the state his sophomore year and fourth hisjunior year...placed sixth at the state championship meet in boththe 4x400m relay and the 4x800m relay as a senior...finished eighthin the 400m at the 2009 Taco Bell Classic...was a game ball runnerfor the 2009 South Carolina Shrine Bowl.
