Biography
2022-23: Voted to the SoCon All-Freshman Team… Ranks third for Furman with a 76.90 stroke average over 29 rounds… Tallied three top-20 finishes in 10 events this season… Tied for 10th at the SoCon Championship and tied for 14th at the UNF Collegiate… Tied she tied for 17th at the Lady Paladin Invitational in September… Fired a season-best 70 in the second round of the Valspar Augusta Invitational and shot a 71 in the final round of both the Lady Paladin Invitational and The Show.
High School/Junior Golf: Johnson is the top-ranked player in Indiana according to the AJGA Rolex rankings and ranked second in the state in the Junior Golf Scoreboard ratings. A three-time all-state selection, she led Evansville North to three state championships and one runner up finish during her four seasons. As a senior, she recorded two top-five AJGA finishing, including a second-place finish at the AJGA DA Points event. A USGA Women's 4-Ball Qualifier, she posted a 70.89 high school stroke average as a senior with a career low round of 64. Johnson was a member of the National Honor Society and the Student Leadership Advisory Council and graduated summa cum laude.
