Corey Robinson joined Furman Athletics in 2021 and was promoted to assistant director of game operations and facilities in 2023 after serving two years as a game operations and facilities intern.
His responsibilities include game operations for the men’s soccer, volleyball, and softball programs. He also assists with the management and upkeep of all athletic facilities.
Prior to coming to Furman, Robinson was the director of game operations at Truett McConnell (Ga,) College. He also interned at Georgia Highlands College and with the Shorter University football program.
A native of Demorest, Ga., he attended Shorter, where he lettered four years on the football team and was team captain his senior year.
Robinson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in sports management from Shorter in 2019. He added a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in sports management from Shorter in 2020.
He and his wife, Raygn, reside in Greenville.
