Elizabeth Dunning

Elizabeth Dunning was named Furman’s assistant director of marketing and creative services in August of 2025.

She joined the Paladins after spending nearly a year as a digital marketing and fan engagement intern at Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I.

During her time at Bryant, Dunning assisted with developing marketing strategies and executing game day activities to increase attendance, drive engagement, and elevate the overall atmosphere for Bulldog fans. She created graphics while organizing and hosting the annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day clinic and saw a 10 percent increase in participation.

Prior to her time at Bryant, Dunning held various roles with Rhode Island FC, the Chautauqua Institution, Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, and the Buffalo Bills.

She has also worked for Fox Sports in Buffalo, N.Y., the Buffalo International Film Festival, the Wendt Corporation, Digital Guerrilla Cinema LLC, and Blues Harp Production, while assisting on a television series called "Broadcasting Buffalo."

Dunning earned her associate's degree in digital media audio and video from Niagara County Community College in 2021 before graduating from SUNY Buffalo State University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in media production with a minor in photography.
