Box Score Furman vs. UNCG Game Notes
Asheville, N.C. -- No. 3 seed Furman and No. 2 Seed UNCG will meet in the second of two semifinal round matchups on Sunday at the Ingles Southern Conference Men's Basketball Championship presented by General Shale. Tip-off between the Paladins and Spartans at the U.S. Cellular Center in Asheville, N.C., is set for 6:30 p.m.
Sunday's contest will be streamed live on ESPN+ and available on WYCW in the Upstate. The game can be heard on the Furman IMG Sports Network on FoxSports 1440AM, through StretchAudio at FurmanPaladins.com and via the TuneIn Radio app.

Furman downed Mercer, 85-74 on the Saturday night to claim its school-record 25th victory of the season and match the school's single season record with its 12th win away from home this season. Junior Jordan Lyons led the Paladins with 25 points, while Andrew Brown and Matt Rafferty added 14 and 12 points, respectively.
UNCG reached the semifinals by downing Samford in quarterfinal round action to improve to 27-5. The Spartans hold an 18-17 lead in the all-time series versus Furman. UNCG downed the Paladins, 89-79, in January in Greensboro, N.C., before Furman took a 69-59 victory over the Spartans in Greenville, S.C., on February 14. Furman is 3-1 versus UNCG in SoCon Tournament play, including an 80-64 quarterfinal round victory in 2016 in the last postseason meeting between the schools.
The winner of Sunday's game will advance to face the winner of Sunday's 4 p.m. matchup between Wofford and ETSU in a 7 p.m. SoCon Championship tilt on Monday on ESPN.
