HILTON HEAD, S.C. -- Senior Keller Harper (E) tied for third to lead the Furman (+21) men's golf team to a fourth place finish Tuesday at the 15th Annual Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate at the par 72, 6,913 yard Arnold Palmer Signature Course at Wexford Plantation in Hilton Head, S.C.

Harper, who hails from Atlanta, Ga., carded a 76 with three birdies, including consecutive birdies on No. 15 and No. 16., to finish the day two-strokes back of Davidson's Brian Garrett (-2) and Alex Ross (-2), who finished in a tie for first.

Sophomore Jack Crosby (+6) tied for 17th after posting a 76 with a birdie on No. 8 on Tuesday, while senior Matt Lehman (+7) tallied an 81 with a birdie on No. 8 to tie for 21st.  Freshman Sam Lape (+9) tied for 26th after carding an 80 with a birdie on No. 6 in the tournament's final round, and freshman Walker Crosby (+15) birdied three out of four holes from No. 15 through No. 18 to tie for 57th with a final-round 81. 

Augusta (+14) won the tournament by three strokes over Davidson (+17), and High Point (+20) finished third.  The Paladins (+21) placed fourth, and Radford (+26) rounded out the top five.  

Furman will compete at the Palmetto Intercollegiate in Aiken, S.C., March 9-10.
