Greenville, S.C. – The Furman women's soccer team will play its final home games of the season this weekend hosting the VMI Keydets and UNC Greensboro Spartans in Southern Conference action at Stone Stadium.
The Paladins begin their weekend schedule on Friday against VMI at 7 p.m. and then faces UNC Greensboro at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Fans can follow the action on www.furmanpaladins.com via live stats. Both games are being streamed via paid subscription on ESPN+. Updates will also be posted on the Furman women's soccer Twitter page (@FurmanWSoccer).
Tickets for both games are $5 and can be purchased at www.furmanpaladins.com or at the Stone Stadium entrance one hour prior to kickoff. Tickets for Furman students are free with their student ID.
Fans are encouraged to bring their four-legged friends to Stone Stadium on Friday for Paws at the Pitch. Fans with dogs will receive a free collapsible water bowl.
Sunday is Senior Day for the Paladins as the program will honor eight student-athletes who are playing their final home games. Furman will recognize

Ellie Perkins prior to kickoff.
Furman (6-5-1, 2-3 SoCon) posted a 1-1 record on the road last weekend highlighted by a 4-1 victory at Chattanooga on October 8. Anderson tied her career-high of five points in the win over Chattanooga on two goals and an assist. The Paladins, who moved to 29-0 all-time against Chattanooga, also received goals from
Hayley Foster and
Hannah Farr.
Isabella Gutierrez had an assist while
Addison Corn and
Nora Sampson combined for eight saves.
Anderson leads Furman offensively this season with 13 points on six goals and an assist, and Gutierrez contributes 10 points on four assists and three goals.
Nieva Gaither has dished out a team-leading five assists. Corn and Sampson have combined for 52 saves on the season with Corn registering 28 and Sampson 24.
VMI enters the weekend with a 3-11-1 overall record and 0-4-1 mark against SoCon opponents, while UNC Greensboro is 3-4-6 on the season and 2-1-2 in conference play.
The Paladins lead the all-time series over the Keydets 7-0 and is even against the Spartans at 17-17-3.
Furman wraps up its regular season schedule next weekend, October 22-24, on the road at Mercer and The Citadel.
