Greenville, S.C. – The Furman men's soccer team returns to Stone Stadium on Tuesday evening to host the ninth-ranked Duke Blue Devils in non-conference play at 7 p.m.

Tickets for Tuesday's game are $5 and can be purchased at www.furmanpaladins.com or at the Stone Stadium entrance one hour prior to kickoff. Tickets for Furman students are free with their student ID.
The Paladins (3-7-1) are coming off a 3-1 victory on October 16 at Wofford in Southern Conference action. Furman netted two goals in the second half from
Jacob Garzon and
Jake Raine to break a 1-1 tie and give it a two-goal victory.
Josh Hosie and
Alfredo Diaz-Santillan were both credited with assists. Garzon and
Miles Fenton recorded a team-high two shots apiece against the Terriers and had one attempt on goal along with Raine. Goalkeeper
Ben Roberts finished with seven saves, falling one shy of matching his career high.
Raine leads the Paladins on offense this season with 13 points on six goals and one assist. Fenton has dished out a team-high three assists. Roberts has made 51 saves in goal and compiled a 1.73 GAA and .718 save percentage.
Duke is currently 9-3 on the season and ranked ninth in the most recent United Soccer Coaches Poll. The Blue Devils have dropped their last two games against No. 13 Pittsburgh and No. 23 Clemson. Duke is led offensively by Thorleifur Ulfarsson with 19 points on nine goals and one assist. Shakur Mohammed and Nick Pariano have both dished out a team-leading four assists. In goal, Eliot Hamill has recorded 41 saves to go with a 0.88 GAA and .820 save percentage. The Blue Devils are under the direction of 13
th-year head coach John Kerr.
Furman and Duke are meeting for the 12
th time in program history with the Blue Devils leading the all-time series 10-1.
The Paladins play their final home game of the season on Saturday, October 23 hosting East Tennessee State at 7 p.m. for Senior Night.
