Hannah Farr,
Nieva Gaither,
Ashlyn Goila,
Helen Gutierrez,
Madison Luckett, and
Cameron Whitacre were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, it was announced on Tuesday.

Farr started 13 matches and appeared in 16 contests this past season. The forward and Lawrenceville, Ga., native scored three goals, including match-winners versus North Greenville and Western Carolina, while adding two assists. A sustainability science major, Farr sports a 3.9 GPA.

Gaither garnered first team All-Southern Conference honors as a junior by tying for the team lead with five goals and adding a program-best eight assists in 2022. The midfielder from Lilburn, Ga., is an Asian studies major and boasts a 3.81 GPA.

Goila, a midfielder from Delray Beach, Fla., scored two goals and contributed three assists during her sophomore season. She has fashioned a 3.95 GPA while majoring in applied mathematics.

Statesboro, Ga., native
Helen Gutierrez started all 19 matches as a sophomore this season. The midfielder, who earned SoCon All-Tournament honors, finished the season with three goals and one assist. Gutierrez is majoring in health sciences and has a 3.87 GPA.

Sophomore
Madison Luckett played in 14 matches and earned two starts during her second season as a Paladin. The Asheville, N.C., native netted her first career goal in a win over Bob Jones and sports a 3.51 GPA.

Senior
Cameron Whitacre, who served as a team captain for the 2022 Paladins, is a health sciences major with a 3.81 GPA. The Greenville, S.C., product earned playing time in 14 matches and logged four starts while adding one assist.

CSC Academic All-District Team selections were required to have posted a 3.50 or better GPA, completed at least two semesters at their current school, played in at least half their team's competitions and be considered a starter or key contributor. Freshmen and student-athletes who have transferred in the last year were not eligible. Each school was also limited in the number of selections it could nominate for each sport.
