Greenville, S.C. – Furman seniors
Camryn Bolick and
Addison Corn were named to the Southern Conference Women's Soccer Championship All-Tournament Team, it was announced on Sunday following Western Carolina's 1-0 triumph over Samford in the league's championship match.
Bolick and Corn guided the Paladins past UNC Greensboro in a penalty shootout in the semifinal round of the tournament before the Catamounts eliminated the Paladins, 1-0, on October 29 in Cullowhee, N.C. Corn stopped two penalty kicks to help the Paladins advance against UNCG while Bolick, an Asheville, N.C., native, helped anchor the Furman defense.
The Paladins finished the 2023 campaign with a 7-5-7 overall record and placed fourth in the SoCon with a 3-1-5 league mark.
