Greenville, S.C. – The 16
th-ranked Furman men's soccer team will open its home conference schedule and celebrate Senior Night on Saturday when it hosts East Tennessee State for a 7 p.m. kickoff on Seagraves Field at Stone Soccer Stadium.
Prior to kickoff, the Paladins will honor seniors

Landon Hill,

Furman enters the weekend at 7-1-4 overall and 0-0-1 in Southern Conference play. The Paladins are ranked No. 16 in the latest Top Drawer Soccer Top 25 and 25
th in the College Soccer News Top 25. Last time out, Furman rallied from a 1-0 halftime deficit with three second-half goals to down Presbyterian 3-2 on Tuesday evening at Stone Stadium. Junior

ETSU, who began the season at 0-5-3, stunned nationally-ranked UNC Greensboro 2-1 in its SoCon opener last weekend before earning a scoreless draw in the midweek against Winthrop to improve to 1-5-4 overall and 1-0-0 in the conference. Furman holds a 13-4-7 lead in the all-time series versus the Bucs, including a 2-0 victory at ETSU in last season's SoCon Men's Soccer Championship Match at Summers-Taylor Stadium. The schools played to a 1-1 tie in last season's regular season meeting in Johnson City, Tenn.
Following Saturday's match, Furman travels to Lexington, Va., to face the VMI Keydets at Patchin Field on Saturday, October 18, at 3 p.m.
